November 16, 2021
For step 3, you’ll need to import a Bill of Materials into the Trade Service Live platform from your estimating system or fabrication software. In the tutorial video below, we use Accubid Classic estimating software as the source of your import to demonstrate how to import your BOM and match your items to our robust library of content. From there you can manage your items to prepare for sending purchase orders. This video will show you how to Import your BOM. How to access the procurement capabilities of Supplier Xchange: Supplier Xchange for procurement is a feature of TRA-SER, included with most Trimble estimating softwares. Simply use your Trimble SSO login on the Trade Service Live portal and navigate to the Supplier Xchange icon on the left side panel to add a distributor, and then to the Construction Xchange icon to import a BOM and submit a quote or purchase order.
