How to Use Supplier Xchange for Procurement: Step 1: Set Up a Distributor Connection

In this video tutorial series for contractors, we’ll walk you through 4 simple steps to using the Trade Service Live procurement platform to create, manage and submit purchase orders to your preferred distributors. This video covers the first step, connecting with your preferred distributors to get bid-time pricing and then submitting a quote and or purchase order from those same distributors, digitally. If you’re already connected to one or multiple distributors, you’ve already completed this step. If you need guidance on how to connect with other distributors, this video has all the information you need. How to access the procurement capabilities of Supplier Xchange: Supplier Xchange for procurement is a feature of TRA-SER, included with most Trimble estimating softwares. Simply use your Trimble SSO login on the Trade Service Live portal and navigate to the Construction Xchange icon on the left side panel. Questions?
