Trimble’s electrical calculation is the first to achieve CIBSE verification

Trimble’s electrical demand calculation in ProDesign and Stabicad for Revit is the first electrical calculation to successfully pass CIBSE's pioneering Software Verification Assessment program.

This follows the verification of six mechanical calculations, and is designed to give users confidence in their calculation accuracy.

CIBSE is the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), an international operating authority on building services engineering that sets standards and publishes Guidance and Codes which are internationally recognised as authoritative.

Trimble is the only software provider to have both mechanical and electrical calculations independently verified by CIBSE, and we're proud to be leading the way in the industry. Our verified calculations include:

  • Air systems
  • Heating and cooling water systems
  • Domestic water systems
  • Domestic water systems BS EN 806
  • Domestic water systems BS 8558
  • Drainage systems
  • Electrical demand
