How do I contact Client Services for technical support with my Trimble MEP CAD Products?

Trimble DuctDesigner 3D Users

  • From the DuctDesigner 3D CAD application: Go to the DD3D™ Tools tab. In the Help group, click / About. Click the Send an email to MEP Client Services for technical support link. 
  • *From the DuctDesigner 3D Data Editor application: Go to Help / About DuctDesigner 3D. Click the Send an email to MEP Client Services for technical support link. 

Trimble PipeDesigner 3D Users

From the PipeDesigner 3D CAD application:

  • Go to the Help group:

  • Click Resources and then click the Contact Support button.
    OR
    *Click About and then click the Send an email to MEP Client Services for technical support link. 

  • Send an email to mepsupport@trimble.com.
