How do I contact MEP Client Services for technical support with my Trimble AutoBid Estimating Product?

There are several ways to contact MEP Client Services:

  • From within your AutoBid Estimating program, go to Help / Send Message to Technical Support.  

  • From the help menu, go to:

    • Trimble AutoBid Mechanical users: Help / About AutoBid Mechanical.

    • Trimble AutoBid SheetMetal users: Help / About AutoBid SheetMetal

    • Click the Send an email to MEP Client Services for technical Support link. Note: You must have an email program installed on your computer to use this link.

  • Send an email to mepsupport@trimble.com.
